~Are items handmade/hand painted?
  All items are hand made/hand painted by me (unless otherwise specified)

~Do you accept custom orders?
  I am thrilled to accept custom orders and would love to work with you and create something extra special!

~How long does it take to complete my custom order?
  Depending on how quick payment is made, custom orders normally take 2-3 weeks to complete.  Usually quicker but at busy times, that is the usual timeframe.

~Can I get my custom order quicker?

prairielaneboutique@mts.net if you need the order quicker and I'll do by best to help you out.

~Where does my order ship from?
  Your order ships from Neepawa Manitoba.  I am happy to ship within Canada & the United States via Canada Post.  All orders are insured and come with a tracking number.  Normally shipping takes 7-10 days, but depending on mail volumes and time of year it can easily take up to 2 weeks to arrive.  Please keep your tracking number to see where your order is.

~What methods of payment do you accept?
  I am happy to accept paypal (which handles all processing of credit cards).  If you would like to pay by money order or cheque, please contact me before hand: prairielaneboutique@mts.net and I would be happy to calculate your total.

~What is your return policy?

All sales are final unless there is damage to or a problem with the item. In these rare cases, Prairie Lane Boutique MUST be notified within 48 hours of your order to address any issues.
